That's Mt. Sill. The Swiss Arrete is the arrete that cuts Sill in the middle. That ridge you see leading up to Sill is not actually connected to Sill, but cut by a huge snow gully which will be our descent route. During the day we heard some serious rockfall down the talus field that we'd have to cross as part of our descent.
