The rap was listed as 104'... which seemed a little long at the top.... It was. The only way to get your feet on the ground was to wrap to the knots in the rope, grab the rope above the belay device, untie the knots, let the rope slide throught the belay device and extend fully hanging on the rope. Heinous. Once you let go of the rope, it sprung up. So it was VERY important not to let go once the last person landed.
